These span the major office markets on the east coast of the United States. This includes Washington D.C, New York City, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Raleigh Durham and the northern suburbs of both Maryland and Virginia.

Starting in 1977 Douglas E Fleit worked for Savage Fogarty, which is a Dutch merchant developer. Here Douglas E Fleit leased and sold new and renovated development Douglas E Fleit also has a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Neurochemistry from the University of New Hampshire, which he earned the year before joining this Dutch firm.
