My brother is a cosmetic dentist, and he talks to me about some of the stuff he does all the time. Putting veneers, doing implants, making dentures, all of it sounds pretty awful, and not like something I would ever want to do.
All three of my kids had to get braces, and it was a lot to pay for. Fortunately we all got through it, and their teeth are all outstanding looking. Everyone should get to be proud of the way their teeth look, not ashamed.
